NoCatch 22 is supporting a public‑sector estates team with a short‑term GIS Technician requirement to deliver a GIS project in the centre of Manchester.
- £19.23‑£21.98 per hour
- 35 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
- ASAP start – 3‑month contract (to July)
- Hybrid – 2‑3 days in office / rest from home
Role:
- Support delivery of a Digital Twin using GIS data
- Build, maintain and validate estates‑related GIS datasets
- Produce visual analytics, reports and dashboards
- Work across ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Revit and Power BI
- Carry out on‑site surveys to verify estate information
Ideal Candidate:
- GIS degree or equivalent with 3‑5 years industry experience
- Strong ArcGIS experience essential
- Experience working with built‑environment / estates data
- Confident querying and handling complex datasets
- Detail‑focused and comfortable with tight project timelines
- Able to work on a temporary basis and start immediately
