Catch 22 are helping a client recruit a Facilities Manager to be responsible for FM services at a mixed use estate (residential, commercial and retail) in the London WC1, Bloomsbury/Great Ormond Street area.
The FM will manage hard and soft facilities services at multiple buildings/blocks in WC1 and will lead on projects to enhance the buildings and environment.
We are looking for an individual, ideally with some residential FM experience and strong communication skills, who can take a lead on implementing improvements to the portfolio whilst building strong relationships with residents, shop/restaurant owners and FM service partners/contractors.
There are approx. 150 apartments and 35 independent retail units within the portfolio. It is a beautiful and historic part of central London with independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
A background in Facilities and Estates Management is essential, as are first class communication, customer service and project management skills.
A salary of £50k is offered with a full package.
