Job Description
Catch 22 are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established healthcare facility in Edinburgh on a temporary ongoing.
This is a great opportunity to take on a varied role within a values-led organisation where the quality, safety and reliability of the environment is critical to the people who use it every day. You'll lead a small maintenance team, manage contractors and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
Key Duties
- Supervising maintenance staff and contractors
- Managing PPM and reactive maintenance activities
- Supporting health & safety and compliance across the site
- Coordinating statutory inspections and testing
- Monitoring building services, plant and equipment
- Supporting the upkeep of the grounds and wider estate
About You
- Previous maintenance supervisory experience
- Good understanding of building maintenance and compliance
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
- Mechanical, electrical or general building services background – Minimum of NVQ 3 Level is a must have
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to start immediately and happy working on a temporary on going basis
- Must be able to drive
This is a temporary role that offers a salary of around £42,000 per annum and the chance to join a respected and purpose-led organisation where your work will have a real impact, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position in the future.
