Catch 22 are currently working with a Financial organisation based in EC2N who are on the lookout for Experienced Arabic speaking concierge staff.
Working hours:
- Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
- 8am-6pm shifts can vary on requirements
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English spoken and written
- Must have Enhanced DBS check dated in last 3 months
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and guests upon arrival with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Provide a seamless and personalized client experience, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly and courteously
- Offer Arabic language support to clients and internal departments, assisting with translation or interpretation as needed
- Manage client appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings in collaboration with relevant teams
- Maintain the lobby/reception area to a high standard, ensuring it is always presentable and in line with brand expectations
Prior experience in a concierge, front-of-house, luxury hospitality, or high-end client service role is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
