We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support three student accommodation sites, ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and presentable. These sites are close together and all based in the South East area of London.

You must have previous experience within maintenance, preferably within either Student Accommodation or Schools. You must have an Enhanced DBS check to be considered for this position.

Key Duties:
  • Carry out general maintenance (fabric, plumbing, basic repairs)
  • Respond to reactive issues and complete repairs promptly
  • Conduct regular checks to identify and resolve defects
  • Support room set-ups, moves, and furniture assembly
  • Maintain stock and keep storage areas organised
  • Work in line with health & safety procedures
About You:
  • Previous maintenance or FM experience (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS (essential)
  • Practical, reliable, and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail and H&S awareness
