Catch 22 is recruiting a Centre Manager to cover a commercial site in Barnsley for a growing property management firm.
Responsibilities
- Deal with tenant enquiries and manage expectations regarding the site and workspaces.
- Manage customer enquiries, arrange viewings, and organise sales and lettings.
- Conduct audits and inspections of the site and units to ensure a compliant, safe working environment.
- Book maintenance requests and liaise with external contractors onsite.
- Oversee minor works projects and developments, including decommissioning or demolishing units if required.

Qualifications
