Catch 22 are recruiting for an Estates Property Analyst - CAD to join a national healthcare property team on a 12-month fixed-term contract for an immediate start. This is an ideal role for someone with strong AutoCAD skills and experience producing and reviewing property and occupancy plans. This role is remote; however, access to either Birmingham or Manchester would be ideal for training or occasional team meetings.
What you'll be doing:
- Producing and reviewing Land Registry‑compliant CAD plans
- Managing and updating a national library of drawings
- Creating and updating occupancy plans following changes
- Supporting leasing and property teams with technical queries
- Working with internal stakeholders and external contractors
Ideal Candidate:
- Well experienced in AutoCAD
- Background in property / estates / built environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident with Excel and databases
Role Details:
- 12-month FTC
- Immediate start preferred
- Salary up to £40,000 (D.O.E)
- 37.5 Hour contract, Mon-Fri hours
- Remote work (But ability to travel to Birmingham, Manchester or London offices for training/support or team meetings would be ideal)
