Catch 22 are recruiting for a Facilities & Events Coordinator to join a creative organisation based in Wakefield.
This is a varied role combining day-to-day Facilities Management with workplace events and employee engagement. You'll help ensure the office remains safe, compliant and well maintained, while supporting the delivery of internal and external events.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating facilities, contractors and workplace services
- Supporting PPM, statutory compliance and Health & Safety
- Managing contractor RAMS, permits, risk assessments and site inductions
- Coordinating cleaning, security, catering and other service providers
- Supporting office moves and workplace improvement projects
- Planning and delivering corporate events, wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities
About you:
You'll ideally have 3+ years' Facilities Management experience within a corporate or commercial environment, with good Health & Safety knowledge and experience managing contractors and building services. Previous involvement in workplace events would be a strong advantage.
This is initially an 8-12 week temporary assignment, but there is a genuine opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
In return our client is offering a salary up to £35k per annum (£17.94 per hour)
