Catch 22 are recruiting on behalf of an established maintenance contractor specialising in affordable housing repairs and maintenance services.
We're looking to speak to skilled Building Maintenance Technicians to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London.
There are multiple positions available across several locations, making this a great opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for a long-term role with a busy and growing business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carrying out reactive repairs and general building maintenance
- Delivering first-time fixes across a range of trade disciplines
- Working closely with residents and providing excellent customer service
- Using mobile technology to manage jobs and complete reports
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Ideal Candidate
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering, Decorating, Bricklaying, Groundworks or similar)
- Multi-trade maintenance experience
- Knowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environments
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
