Volunteer Digital buddy

Overview

Become a Volunteer Digital Buddy with Catbytes! We’re looking for friendly, patient people to join our team in Lewisham, South East London. You’ll support individuals in Lewisham who have little or no experience with computers, smartphones, or the internet.

Responsibilities

• Help people with everyday digital tasks such as setting up an email account
• Assist with using WhatsApp or other messaging apps
• Support the completion of online forms
• Help navigate smartphones, tablets, or laptops

Qualifications

• No tech expertise needed — just patience and a willingness to help
• Only 2 hours per week
• Must be able to travel to Lewisham
