Catapult is seeking a Senior Director, People & Culture to be based in London.

In this pivotal role you will partner with senior leaders, shape the EMEA people strategy, and lead a regional team of three to design and implement talent, leadership, and culture initiatives.

Reporting to the VP, People & Culture (Melbourne), you will drive engagement across three offices, 16 countries and multiple employment models, ensuring programs are scalable, data‑driven, and aligned with business goals.
