What You’ll Do
- Develop products used by professional and collegiate sports teams to import, edit, review, analyze, and search across video and complex associated metadata
- Design new features in collaboration with the team
- Work within an ecosystem of products in a Client / Server / Cloud architecture
- Improve product quality by executing regression tests, verifying bug fixes, and providing feedback on user experience
- Create, manage and maintain clear, comprehensive and well-structured automated test suites
- Actively participate in a cross-functional agile scrum team, including Engineers, QA, and DevOps
- Help the team continuously evaluate and improve its development, test, and planning processes through sprint retrospectives
- Provide feedback in quarterly planning sessions
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience testing desktop applications, in a Client / Server environment
- 2+ years of experience testing mobile Cloud applications is a plus
- 2+ years of experience using agile software development tools (Jira) to log bugs, communicate status, and collaborate with the team
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies
- Ability to work closely with other QA and Engineering team members
- Ability to write clear documentation, test cases and bug repro steps
- Ability to learn, document, and communicate customer workflows
- Ability to quickly and independently learn new technologies, products, and tools
- Experience with Node.js (24+) and Typescript
- Experience with modern web automation tooling (Playwright preferred). Covering both end to end and component level testing
- Experience with a modern unit/component test runner (Vitest preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD test integration (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Experience in the sports industry is a plus
- Experience working with video or audio editing software is a plus
What Your Success Will Look Like
- In 6 months time, you will have supported the team in the delivery of a full suite of tests for some of our flagship products. Your contribution here will give the team a critical safety net to deliver new changes confidently without introducing new issues.
- In 12 months time, you will have supported the team in the delivery of an additional suite of tests for upcoming tools, integrations, and apps for our platform.
