We are looking for a talented and inquisitive Quality Assurance Engineer whose drive for learning and determination for continuous improvement aligns with our ambitious, fast-growing, and transforming company. Based in London, you will be a key player in planning, designing, building, and testing the features of our next-generation cloud platform that combines digital video assets, wearable data, and athlete information to provide insights and analytics to coaching/support staff, sports scientists, and athletes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing products used by professional and collegiate sports teams to import, edit, review, analyze, and search across video and complex associated metadata.
- Designing new features in collaboration with the team.
- Working within an ecosystem of products in a Client/Server/Cloud architecture.
- Improving product quality by executing regression tests, verifying bug fixes, and providing feedback on user experience.
- Creating, managing, and maintaining clear, comprehensive, and well-structured automated test suites.
- Actively participating in a cross-functional agile scrum team, including Engineers, QA, and DevOps.
- Helping the team continuously evaluate and improve its development, test, and planning processes through sprint retrospectives.
- Providing feedback in quarterly planning sessions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience testing desktop applications in a Client/Server environment.

- Experience working with video or audio editing software is a plus.
Your contribution will give the team a critical safety net to deliver new changes confidently without introducing new issues. We work in a collaborative yet challenging environment to consistently improve our performance, which in turn impacts our customers' performance.
Research shows that while men apply for jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized groups tend only to apply when they check every box. We would love to have a chat and see if you could be a great addition to our team.
