We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Senior Product Marketing Manager – Tactics & Coaching to lead the positioning, go-to-market strategy and lifecycle management for Catapult’s Tactics & Coaching product portfolio. Based in London, this role will own product marketing for the T&C portfolio while also helping establish the operational frameworks and governance that enable the Product Marketing function to operate effectively across the business.

You will work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure T&C solutions are clearly positioned in the market and that product launches are delivered with discipline and coordination. In addition, you will help define the processes, standards and operating rhythms that support consistent and high-quality product marketing execution across the portfolio.

  • Own go-to-market launch strategy and execution for Tactics & Coaching products.
  • Lead product lifecycle marketing across the Define, Get Set and Grow phases.
  • Develop and maintain clear positioning and value propositions for the T&C portfolio.
  • Build and maintain vertical messaging architecture that communicates product value to target audiences.
  • Monitor and maintain competitive intelligence across the T&C market landscape.
  • Capture and synthesise sales and market feedback to inform positioning, messaging and GTM improvements.
  • Continuously evolve the product narrative by integrating product updates, customer feedback and market insights into positioning and messaging.
  • Provide input into ICP evolution from a Performance & Health perspective.
  • Define and establish PMM frameworks and standards used across the Product Marketing function.
  • Own the launch governance process, ensuring launches are coordinated effectively across teams.
  • Act as operational owner of the Global Marketing Calendar, sequencing launches and marketing activity across the portfolio.
  • Ensure cross-vertical messaging consistency across product marketing outputs.
  • Define and uphold the quality bar and best practices for Product Marketing deliverables.

What your success looks like:

  • In 6 months’ time, T&C product positioning and messaging are clearly defined and consistently used across GTM activities.
  • Product launches are well coordinated and delivered with clear ownership and timelines.
  • PMM frameworks and working practices are established across the team.

In 12 months’ time, T&C products have strong and differentiated market positioning. The Product Marketing function operates with clear frameworks, governance and consistent messaging. Launch planning and sequencing across the portfolio is coordinated and predictable.
