Our solutions include wearable technology, video analytics, scouting, strength and conditioning, education and athlete monitoring solutions, and we are passionate about helping sports organisations at all levels to better scout, recruit, teach, and win.

The Senior Business Development Manager role is split between developing new relationships/accounts, and ensuring successful account management of current solutions while upselling and cross selling our full suite of products. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Sales in the UK and work closely with other internal teams such as customer success, support, logistics, sales operations to help coaches, sport scientists and performance analysts turn objective data into valuable athlete insights.

Responsibilities:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrable track record of exceeding quota in a technology subscription/SaaS model, preferably within the sports technology industry.
  • Direct experience selling video analysis, performance data, or adjacent sports technology solutions to elite sports organisations.
  • Documented success in developing and executing a territory plan from the ground up, including prospecting, pipeline creation, and closing new logos within the UK elite sports landscape (teams, leagues, federations).
  • Exceptional ability to identify, engage, and build consensus with multiple personas within a sports organisation.
  • Expert-level skills in forecasting, contract negotiation, and crafting compelling business proposals that align client objectives with product value.
  • A genuine passion for sports, combined with a working knowledge of the competitive sports tech landscape and current trends in athlete performance and data utilisation.
  • Experience and the ability to evidence a high level of discipline in your use of Salesforce or another CRM.

  • Strong, existing relationships with decision makers within the UK Football market.
  • Ability to identify revenue blockers and strategically communicate solutions to leadership.
  • Experience managing and leveraging relationships with internal teams such as Customer Success, Product & Marketing, to drive predictable revenue and growth.
  • Experience with design and implementation of a business development strategy.
  • High level objection handling skills.
  • The ability to self‐motivate and be a leading performer, both commercially and culturally, to influence the performance of others within the team and organization as a whole.
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets.
  • A growth mindset and ability to learn fast as our product suite evolves.
  • Willingness / desire to travel, scheduling regular visits to UK clients in an efficient manner.
  • Proficient in English written and spoken.
  • Full UK driving licence.
