We are looking for a talented and inquisitive Graduate Software Engineer whose drive for learning and determination for continuous improvement aligns with our ambitious, fast‑growing and transforming company.

Based in London, you will lead the planning, designing, building and testing of features for our motorsport applications.

Our focus is on delivering a high‑quality platform that maximises and enhances our customers’ performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement professional applications for elite‑level motorsport using sound software engineering practices.
  • Fix bugs and support the technical support team with troubleshooting.
  • Deliver on goals in a timely manner and provide regular progress updates to the team.
  • Assist with the production of documentation and the design of tests.

Qualifications

  • C++ experience (or experience in another object‑oriented language with a willingness to learn C++).
  • Degree in computer science or another scientific or technical subject.
  • Experience developing efficient data structures and algorithms.
  • A passion for technology and excellent spoken and written English.
  • NICE TO HAVE: A passion for sport and experience working in motorsport.
  • Understanding of UI and UX design.
  • Experience developing applications on Windows.
  • Experience with Agile development tools and processes.
  • Experience developing applications in Visual Studio.
  • Experience developing applications that process video.
  • Basic understanding of networking.
  • Growth Path

In six months, you will add new features to the software with guidance from product and engineering leaders.

In twelve months, you will establish an area of speciality within the Motorsport team and suggest new insights and solutions for future development.
