The Role
Catalyx is seeking an experienced SAP Programme Scheduler to support the planning and governance of large-scale SAP transformation programmes. The role will focus on developing programme schedules, coordinating delivery across workstreams, and supporting programme governance to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated programme schedules across SAP programme workstreams.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
- Support programme governance activities including reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate communication across programme teams and delivery partners.
- Monitor schedule performance and highlight potential risks or delays.
- Maintain programme documentation and planning dashboards.
Requirements
- Experience supporting SAP programmes or large enterprise IT transformation projects.
- Strong programme scheduling and planning experience.
- Experience using tools such as MS Project, Primavera or similar scheduling tools.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
