About the Role: We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager on a freelance or temporary contract basis to help shape and deliver our insight-driven product. This product is designed to support client insight and product development, helping our clients make data-informed decisions. You will report directly to our Operations Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, execution, and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the agency's goals and client needs.
- Gather and prioritize product and client requirements through research, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
- Translate business and client needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Manage product backlog, participate in sprint planning, and make trade-off decisions as needed.
- Track product performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics and iterate accordingly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions across the agency.
- Support marketing and client-facing teams with product positioning, updates, and launch communications.
- Collect and synthesize client feedback to inform future improvements and innovation.
What we’re looking for:
- 7 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage products through the full product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or iterative development environments.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in insight, research, or consulting-focused products.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Background in working with client-driven solutions and B2B products.
