Catalyst is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead Generation Innovation, its flagship youth innovation and entrepreneurship experience in Northern Ireland. This 12-month role focuses on oversight, coordination and high-quality delivery, helping young people build confidence and explore venture ideas.
You will manage the full programme lifecycle from pre-programme engagement to Ideas Bootcamp and the Generation Innovation Festival, work with the Steering Team and partners.
