Catalyst is seeking an HR Manager on a part-time basis to oversee all people-related processes for a social care charity based in Newcastle. You will manage two HR Coordinators, partner with the IT Lead on the HRIS, drive employee engagement, learning and wellbeing, and lead absence management, recruitment, policies, and payroll.

21 hours per week with flexible arrangements and a salary of 27k per annum.
