As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint a Recruitment Co-ordinator to assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment of their graduate/apprentice intake. Your specific responsibilities as Recruitment Co-ordinator will include: Assisting in the design and delivery of talent attraction strategies Working with select recruitment partners to deliver a consistent supply of quality candidates Utilising an ATS to create and maintain talent pipelines Building strong relationships with internal hiring managers As Recruitment Co-ordinator you will need: At least 1 year’s experience in a Recruitment Co-ordinator role 25 days holiday + stats ~10% target bonus ~ Private healthcare ~ Pension ~ Prestigious city centre offices
