We assist SMEs and large corporates alike, calling upon our hard-earned knowledge and experience of the region's recruitment landscape, to solve our clients' hiring issues. Following a year of sustained revenue growth and a successful doubling of our team, we now seek to recruit a talented and experienced recruitment consultant who can bring similar levels of market insight, determination and integrity to the team. We recruit at management and executive level typically across Accounts/Finance, Data, Tech, Engineering & Manufacturing. Catalyst's success is based on the quality of our delivery across a mix of retained, exclusive and contingent assignments which leads to valued, long-term client relationships.
As Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage your own desk, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Attract new clients via telephone, email, social media and in person
- Source, vet, shortlist and propose suitable candidates
- Utilise a modern CRM system and associated recruitment technology to co-ordinate your assignments
- Co-operate and collaborate closely with other team members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of your market sector
As Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
- Proven experience in Technical or Professional permanent/interim/contract recruitment
- A commercially astute mindset
- An ability to identify and acquire high quality new clients
- Experience sourcing and matching the highest calibre of candidates
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A determination to consistently locate the best candidate for the job
