We're Catalyst, a fast-growing marketing agency based in the Midlands. We work with clients across the UK on their internal and external marketing, covering strategy, content marketing, campaigns, design, and branding. We're looking for someone hungry and self-motivated to join the team. The role is a mix of managing client projects day-to-day and helping out with ad-hoc marketing tasks as they come up.
What you’ll be doing:
- Writing compelling content and copy across different digital channels, with a solid working knowledge of SEO and how to apply it.
- Using HubSpot or other systems to run campaigns, track leads, and support the wider marketing workflow.
- Pulling insights from performance data to shape content decisions and campaign direction.
- Executing social strategies directly and through scheduling platforms.
- The role touches a wide range of marketing activities, so a general grounding in marketing fundamentals matters.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and successful campaign management.
- The ability to juggle multiple client projects at once, which means strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good command of written English and a creative mindset.
