About Catalyst Growth. We're a digital marketing agency that thrives on bold ideas and powerful visuals. At Catalyst Growth, we specialise in UGC ads, static and motion design creatives. We work with fast-growing DTC brands across the world to drive engagement and scale their digital presence.

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own creative quality across our client accounts and set the standard for what great looks like at the agency. This isn't just an execution role - you'll be a creative force who connects visual craft with performance outcomes, leads experimentation, and actively shapes the direction of the design team.

You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, bringing strategic thinking and exceptional craft to everything from scroll-stopping static ads to high-impact creative frameworks - all while mentoring the next generation of designers around you.

  • Own creative quality and consistency across multiple client accounts, with clear accountability for performance outcomes month-on-month.
  • Lead ideation and concept development, articulating the why behind creative decisions and weaving purposeful narrative into every visual.
  • Design and deliver high-complexity paid social content - branded statics, carousels, memes, and emerging formats - that balances creative ambition with ROI.
  • Build and lead experimentation frameworks and creative testing plans, using data to drive iteration and inform strategy.
  • Anticipate client needs, manage creative feedback strategically, and foster strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Apply trends selectively and intentionally - knowing when a format serves performance and when it's just noise.
  • Help develop AI-powered creative systems and workflows that raise the team's output and quality ceiling.
  • Lead collaboration across disciplines, aligning design with broader campaign and growth priorities.
  • Mentor junior and midweight designers, actively raising the creative bar and contributing to a strong feedback culture.
  • Spearhead high-impact creative initiatives and explore new formats that push accounts forward.

5+ years of design experience, with a strong track record in a digital marketing or agency environment.

A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft, strategic thinking, and a clear understanding of performance-led social creative.

Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

Confident using LLMs and AI design tools to accelerate concept generation, copywriting, and image production - and excited to push these further.

Deep understanding of paid social across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond - including how platform dynamics, formats, and algorithms shape creative decisions.

Proven ability to read and act on performance data, with a clear, demonstrable impact on creative results over time.

Experience with DTC brands, and a genuine interest in the growth marketing space.

Someone who takes ownership seriously - of their accounts, their craft, and the people around them.

We're based in London and operate a hybrid working model - 2 days in our Elephant & Castle office.

Please apply through LinkedIn with your portfolio or website - applications without this will not be considered.
