The Role
We're on the lookout for a creative and versatile Junior or Midweight Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You'll work within our Design Team to bring brand stories to life through paid social ads, from scroll-stopping memes and carousels to engaging static ad creatives. This role blends content creation with performance-led design, perfect for someone who knows how to keep up with trends and turn them into high-performing visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver paid social content (branded static adverts, carousels, memes) for client accounts
  • Support, and then lead ideating paid social content for clients accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and directly with clients to meet creative briefs
  • Transform data of what works into well-performing, winning ads
  • Stay up to date with trends, formats, and platform updates across Instagram, TikTok, and more
  • Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce polished, platform-optimised visuals
  • Contribute to a strong creative feedback culture within the team

About You

  • 2+ years of design experience, ideally in a digital marketing or agency setting
  • A portfolio that shows an eye for design and an understanding of social-first creative
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Proficient in LLMs for concept generation, copywriting and image generation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving creative needs
  • Experience with DTC brands preferred
  • Curious about AI design tools and experimentation
  • Great communicator who's happy collaborating with clients and internal teams
  • A person unafraid of responsibility, ready to take charge of their own workload and clients

Work Setup
We're based in London and operate a hybrid working model - 2 days in our Elephant & Castle office.
