Your specific responsibilities as HR Graduate will include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of careers fairs and virtual presentations
- Booking travel, managing materials and briefing colleagues ahead of campus events
- Maintaining the company’s presence on social media and job boards
- Managing application tracking and candidate communications
- Scheduling and coordinating assessment centres, interviews, and online testing
- Maintaining accurate records in the ATS
- Producing offer documentation and managing pre-employment administration
- Coordinating onboarding, rotation scheduling, socials and quarterly reviews
- Acting as the primary point of contact for interns and graduates
- Gathering and analysing feedback from programme participants and hiring managers
- Maintaining programme trackers, reporting dashboards, and process documentation
As HR Graduate you will need:
- A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university
- Prior experience in events, recruitment coordination, careers services or similar roles
