Our client, a specialist consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creates tailored technology solutions for the complex and demanding defence sector.

Your specific responsibilities as HR Graduate will include:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of careers fairs and virtual presentations
  • Booking travel, managing materials and briefing colleagues ahead of campus events
  • Maintaining the company’s presence on social media and job boards
  • Managing application tracking and candidate communications
  • Scheduling and coordinating assessment centres, interviews, and online testing
  • Maintaining accurate records in the ATS
  • Producing offer documentation and managing pre-employment administration
  • Coordinating onboarding, rotation scheduling, socials and quarterly reviews
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for interns and graduates
  • Gathering and analysing feedback from programme participants and hiring managers
  • Maintaining programme trackers, reporting dashboards, and process documentation

As HR Graduate you will need:

  • A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university
  • Prior experience in events, recruitment coordination, careers services or similar roles
