Our client, established almost 40 years ago, specialises in Family Law, Commercial Law, Wills & Probate and Residential Conveyancing. They now seek to appoint a part-time Legal Secretary to support one of their partners, providing administrative support in a dynamic legal environment.
As Legal Secretary, you will:
- Manage digital documents and correspondence
- Carry out audio typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain office filing systems and databases
- Provide administrative support to their legal teams
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors and other professionals
As Legal Secretary, you will need:
- Experience of family law or conveyancing
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Good time management skills
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 9am β 5pm, 30 hours per week
