Divisional Director
Our client, a successful tech scale-up, cash generative SME, with a £5m turnover and employing 70 staff, is looking to double in size in the next five years under the guidance of its experienced, highly charismatic and driven CEO, supported by a first-class senior leadership team.We are looking to recruit a Divisional Director to head their newly created division encompassing e-commerce, retail and manufacturing operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a business unit that is well-placed to be at the forefront of health and wellness innovation.
As Divisional Director, you will:
spearhead the strategic and operational leadership of the division
develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy
introduce a health product range
lead a team across Marketing, Operations, R&D and Sales
oversee the development and execution of e-commerce and retail strategies/operations/merchandising
manage the division\’s budget, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
manage supply chain operations
establish and optimise protein manufacturing capabilities
lead R&D initiatives to create innovative health supplement products
identify and capitalise on market opportunities to drive growth
ensure end-to-end excellence from product development to customer delivery
As Divisional Director, you will need:
a proven background in e-commerce, retail, and health products manufacturing
a thorough understanding of protein manufacturing processes and health supplement product development
knowledge of regulatory requirements within the health supplement industry
a developed network within the health and wellness industry
substantial experience of digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms
