As our Accounts and Admin Assistant, you will support the day-to-day finance and general operations of this very fast-growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience from working in a fast-paced environment, with a right-first-time approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of accounting records in Xero
- Transaction processing, payments and finance support
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactional finance processes
- Bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end close process
- Managing supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
- Raising client invoices in a timely fashion
- Supporting the COO with office administrative tasks
About you:
- AAT part- or fully qualified
- Strong attention to detail and proactive in resolving issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, commercial environment
- A positive team player
- Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- Confidence to liaise professionally with third parties
- Experience working with Xero
- Good numeracy and literacy: GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths is essential
