Catalyst Talent are currently partnered with a Manchester based Advisory firm undergoing growth and transformation after gaining a significant number of additional clients. Due to this, we are seeking an experienced Financial Modeller with prior experience in advisory to support a number of projects including improving and translating key MI to support strategic decision making.
Role: Interim Financial Modeller - Advisory
Day Rate: Up to £800pd
Contract: 3 months with a high likelihood of extension
Location: Manchester City Centre, Hybrid
The Role:
- Supporting the development of complex financial models for a variety of clients
- Significant focus on short term cash flow modelling for SMEs
- Build and enhance management information and board packs
- Scenario planning and advising on risk
- Improving data flow to provide clearer insight on company performance
- Providing extensive commercial commentary and translating MI for non-finance
- Partnering with senior leadership and driving positive change
The Individual:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- A background in advisory or investment banking is highly desirable
- Significant financial modelling experience
- Able to demonstrate the ability to provide and translate complex financial information
- Highly commercial with extensive experience of analysis and interpreting complex MI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
