Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to delivering an exceptional client experience across the Catalyst network. You will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently and on time. Working closely with our internal delivery teams, you will take ownership of the client journey from onboarding through to successful completion, building trusted relationships and supporting clients as their businesses evolve.
Our offices are based in South Gloucestershire, and for team members who are local, we enjoy spending time together in the office as we believe it adds real value to collaboration and learning. However, we are proud to offer genuinely flexible working and do not mandate office days. What matters most to us is having the right people with the motivation and desire to learn and develop.
