Catalyst Partners have partnered with a well known global firm within the FS market to source a Workday HCM Consultant on an interim basis for their London offices. 12 month rolling day rate contract. Up to £1000 per day (Inside IR35). Based in Central London, hybrid working, 2-3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Workday business process, workflow modification, testing and all set up phases.
- Provide end user support by troubleshooting, technology improvements, information gathering and issue management via ServiceNow.
- Manage & perform routine system maintenance.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities to enhance system functionality.
Experience:
- Clear background and extensive experience with Workday HCM and surrounding modules such as Advanced Comp, Benefits, Recruitment and Security.
- Experience with other technologies such as ServiceNow.
- Familiar with Workday reporting tools.
- Experience supporting on HR system improvement projects.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
