Catalyst is exclusively partnering with a leading boutique bank to expand it’s Talent Acquisition function. This role will focus on lateral recruiting for investment bankers across EMEA & APAC as well as playing a critical role in building out functional teams. The business has impressive expansion plans and you will be pivotal in building top-teams in frontier markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full life cycle recruiting: strategy sessions, job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, assessing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates
• Partner with key stakeholders to manage headcount tracking and develop talent pipelines
• Develop and maintain consultative relationships with clients, advising on best recruiting practices
• Serve as an ambassador, ensuring a professional and positive experience for all clients and candidates
• Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system for accurate reporting
• Reduce agency spend through proactive sourcing, networking, and strategic recruiting channels
