Are you a visionary leader in Talent Management with a passion for shaping the future of work? We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide talent strategies, frameworks, and programs for a major UK-based organisation.
About the Role
As the Head of Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the organisation’s talent strategy. Reporting to the Director of Talent, Performance & Culture, you will lead the development of innovative talent frameworks and initiatives that drive capability, succession, and leadership development across all levels and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support the Director in setting the overarching Talent Strategy.
- Design and implement talent development and management frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Define and manage the identification of critical roles and top talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (COEs) to align talent strategies with attraction, retention, and learning initiatives.
- Lead succession planning and ensure leadership continuity through robust talent pipelines.
- Own and manage the Talent Management product portfolio, ensuring coherence, quality, and strategic alignment.
- Lead a delivery team, overseeing product lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of talent initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Benchmark against external best practices and introduce innovative approaches.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define assessment methodologies and capability solutions.
