The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint an Internal Talent Acquisition Partner to join a high-growth recruitment group. This is an in-house Talent Acquisition role focused on attracting and hiring recruitment professionals across the business. This is a highly stakeholder-facing role, partnering closely with business leaders across multiple regions (UK, US and Asia) and supporting hiring across a portfolio of specialist recruitment brands. The focus of the role is hiring recruitment professionals, from early-career consultants through to experienced billers and future leaders. You will play a key role in building talent pipelines, managing hiring activity and delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across the group.

More About the Role

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple brands within the group, with a strong focus on direct sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder partnership. The majority of hiring will focus on recruitment consultants, senior consultants and management-level talent, with exposure to more senior and strategic hiring projects over time. You will be expected to drive hiring activity across multiple businesses, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality recruitment talent aligned to growth plans. A key part of the role is building strong relationships with hiring managers and acting as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market insight and talent attraction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple regions (UK, US and Asia).
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and growth plans.
  • Proactively identify, attract and engage recruitment professionals through direct sourcing and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple recruitment sectors and experience levels.
  • Screen, assess and qualify candidates, ensuring alignment on both capability and culture fit.
  • Provide market insight and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Maintain recruitment systems, pipeline reporting and hiring activity data.

More About You

  • Previous experience within Internal Talent Acquisition for a recruitment business, or as a Recruitment-to-Recruitment (Rec2Rec) consultant.
  • Strong experience sourcing, headhunting and engaging recruitment professionals through proactive outreach.
  • Comfortable screening and assessing candidates independently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and maintain consistent hiring activity.
  • Confident operating in a stakeholder-facing, consultative environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
