About the Role
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies across multiple regions. You’ll work closely with senior HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective, scalable hiring solutions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a strong focus on candidate experience, employer branding, and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR to define hiring needs and workforce plans across global markets
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across retail, corporate, and specialist functions
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and outcomes
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices
- Collaborate with the employer brand team to enhance our presence across digital platforms and events
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies across all hiring activities
- Support the development and implementation of global TA initiatives and tools
About You
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a global retail or high-volume hiring environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working in a matrixed, international organisation
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
