We're partnering with a leading construction and project consultancy to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant into their growing team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is early in their TA career and looking to take the next step within an established in-house function. You'll join a fast paced environment, working closely with the wider TA team to support recruitment across the UK and Europe.
The role is heavily focused on sourcing and talent attraction, but there's also plenty of opportunity to get involved in stakeholder management, recruitment projects and broader talent initiatives as your experience develops. This is not a greenfield environment. Strong talent pipelines already exist, and the successful person will help build on that foundation while supporting a busy and evolving hiring agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct sourcing and talent mapping across a range of specialist vacancies.
- Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer stage.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market availability.
- Supporting recruitment activity across both UK and European markets.
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Managing multiple priorities within a fast-moving and often changing environment.
- Contributing ideas and improvements to talent attraction and recruitment processes.
More About You
- In-house Talent Acquisition experience is essential, ideally gained within a construction consultancy, engineering consultancy, property consultancy, project-led business, or a similar built environment environment.
- Strong sourcing capability and confidence identifying and engaging passive talent.
- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and building relationships with hiring managers.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Proactive, organised and solutions focused, with a willingness to take ownership.
- Looking to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition and continue developing your stakeholder management and recruitment expertise.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period would be advantageous.
