Catalyst is exclusively partnering with a leading financial advisory firm to find an exceptional in-house M&A recruiter. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with over two years recruitment experience in M&A, who is ready to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for M&A and corporate roles.
- Collaborate with a diverse and collaborative team focused on Global Advisory.
- Support various functions across the business, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and tracking system.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of M&A recruitment experience, preferably in agency
- Strong understanding of M&A and corporate roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
This role will report directly to the Lead for Global Advisory.
