My client is looking for an International Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join its London team. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, global environment, supporting payroll and benefits operations across multiple international regions.
About the role:
- Manage monthly payroll processes for UK and international offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Administer pension schemes and maintain statutory reconciliations.
- Support employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and supplementary benefits across EMEA.
- Coordinate benefits enrolment, invoice reconciliation, and mandatory health assessments.
- Provide immigration support including visa status updates, right-to-work checks, and compliance reporting.

- Experience with international payroll processes
- Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and vendor management.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
