They are seeking an HR Officer to join the London HR team, supporting day-to-day HR operations and delivering a high-quality service across the full employee lifecycle. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 1+ years’ experience to gain exposure within a sophisticated investment management environment and work closely with senior HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, agency liaison, and offer processes
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, background screening, inductions, and leaver processes
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Compliance, to support regulatory requirements and certifications
  • Provide administrative and project support to the wider HR team and senior HR leadership
Candidate Profile
  • 1+ years’ experience in HR or recruitment, ideally within financial or professional services
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Proactive and reliable, with a client-focused approach
  • Experience with HR systems
  • A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in HR within investment management
