We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Director (EMEA) to lead HR operations across a complex, multi-country region. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience, leading an established HR team, and partnering closely with senior HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to execute the regional HR strategy across EMEA markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a regional HR team, ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery
  • Partner with HRBPs on talent, organisational design, engagement, and transformation
  • Own the employee experience across EMEA
  • Translate global strategy into effective regional execution
  • Act as senior escalation point for complex HR and ER matters
  • Support restructures and change programmes across multiple countries
  • Ensure employment law compliance across EMEA
  • Use data and insights to drive decision-making and improvements
  • Collaborate with COEs and shared services to deliver seamless HR support

Experience Required

  • HR Director experience with EMEA multi-country scope
  • Proven leadership of HR operations / generalist teams
  • Strong background in org design, change, and talent initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of EMEA employment law and ER
  • Strong stakeholder influence and commercial acumen
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment
