The Opportunity

We are partnering with a globally recognised investment organisation operating across multiple international markets and sectors. Following a period of significant growth and organisational evolution, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior Human Capital leadership team based in London.

This is a highly visible role within a fast-paced, collaborative and people-focused environment. You will provide executive support whilst also playing an important role in coordinating learning and development activities across the business.

More About the Role

As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to senior People leaders, ensuring the smooth running of diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and key business activities.

Alongside traditional executive support responsibilities, you will play a central role in the coordination of learning and development initiatives, helping to organise training programmes, onboarding activities and talent development projects.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, gain exposure to strategic people initiatives and become a trusted member of a globally connected Human Capital team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and high-quality diary management for senior Human Capital leaders.
  • Coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones, managing logistics and stakeholder communications.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation and transportation.
  • Manage high volumes of scheduling requests, prioritising effectively and exercising sound judgement.
  • Coordinate learning and development programmes, workshops and training events.
  • Manage participant communications, scheduling and event logistics.
  • Support onboarding activities and induction programmes for new employees.
  • Maintain learning administration systems, reporting and programme tracking documentation.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and communications for internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Executive Assistants and stakeholders across the wider organisation.

More About You

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within a corporate, financial services, private equity or professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills, with experience managing complex schedules and competing priorities.
  • Previous exposure to Human Resources, Human Capital, Talent, Learning & Development or People functions would be advantageous.
  • Experience coordinating training programmes, events or talent initiatives is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 capability, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, international environment where priorities can shift quickly.
