We are pleased to be supporting a well‑established consultancy known for its collaborative culture and focus on developing early‑career talent. A new opportunity has arisen for an Early Careers Recruiter to join their team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll be part of a supportive, high‑performing team and will contribute across the full early‑talent cycle, from attraction and selection through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full lifecycle candidate management, from screening and interview coordination to assessment logistics.
- Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools to build strong pipelines.
- Manage communications with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Assist with onboarding and administrative processes for new early‑career hires.
- Provide wider project and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of the Early Careers cycle.
Experience & Skills
- Recruitment experience with confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive search methods.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
