Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and enhance equity-based incentive plans, ensuring data integrity and a seamless participant experience across digital platforms.
- Manage end-to-end leaver tracking processes for equity holders.
- Design and deliver participant materials such as brochures, FAQs, transaction guides, and tax documentation.
- Support major equity transactions and events, reviewing legal documents and managing internal data systems.
- Draft and prepare reports for monthly Remuneration Committee meetings.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting including accruals, cash flow projections, and employee loan tracking.
- Build strong working relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to embed equity considerations into decision-making.
- Contribute to broader reward, M&A, and governance workstreams.
