We’re seeking a Senior Manager, People Experience (EMEA) to lead HR operations across multiple European countries. This is a pivotal hire, reporting to the Senior Director, People Experience, and managing a team of 7. You’ll be responsible for delivering seamless HR services, driving process improvement, and shaping the employee experience in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.
More about the role:
- Lead Tier 1 HR across EMEA, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage SLAs and KPIs through a ticketing system (Nexus), ensuring operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of HR processes using Workday and other tools.
- Coach and develop a team of 7, fostering collaboration and scalability.
- Partner with HR Managers in France, Germany, and Spain (who report to this role), and liaise with senior stakeholders in areas where local HR is not located.
- Lead projects to improve systems and processes, ensuring a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams (Legal, Payroll, Talent, wider People team, DEI, Total Rewards) and external suppliers.
- Present regular reports to leadership on KPIs, trends, and project updates.
