Job Description Senior HRBP Location: West London Salary: £80-£95K. Excellent pension and benefits. Work Schedule: Five days a week on site in London with flexible start/finish times around personal commitments. The organisation is a growth, global technology business headquartered in London, servicing a wider international client group. As a Senior HRBP, you will have some admin support and deliver a full generalist service to technical experts and some corporate functions. Case work is low volume but can be sensitive; generally, it isn’t a problematic population as they are very focused. Engagement could be higher at times, and there is project work to do around talent management, building career pathways, and developing talent. The business is already performing well, but senior leadership wants to define a higher performance culture where everyone feels part of the overall mission, purpose, and values.
