Responsibilities:
- Partner with key business areas to manage the full employee lifecycle and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of HR activities with the firm’s People Strategy and overall business objectives.
- Build strong relationships across the firm, offering professional, calm, and supportive HR guidance.
- Support continuous improvement through effective organisation, prioritisation, and delivery of HR projects.
- Lead and develop the firm’s graduate, work placement, and apprenticeship programmes.
- Support the firm’s bespoke learning and development programmes and work closely with the in-house specialist to deliver impactful HR projects.
Experience:
- Experience working in an HR team, ideally within professional service.
- Preferably CIPD qualified.
- Proven experience handling employee relations matters, including providing guidance on policies and resolving issues.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills, with confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with confidence, patience, and tact.
