We are working with a leading alternative investment business on a new mandate - seeking an experienced HR Operations Professional.
- Contributing and leading global HR projects as needed, supporting HR practices across regions.
- Providing first-level support for HRIS systems and ensuring all data integrity and compliance is adhered to.
- Process enhancement to identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, supporting the implementation of new workflows and system enhancements.
- Maintaining and auditing employee data in Workday HCM - identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
- Delivering first-class service and support across all HR functions and ensuring that SLAs are consistently met and complex issues are escalated appropriately.
- Collaborating with internal HR stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, HRBPs and supporting on a wide range of employee lifecycle activities.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis, delivering actionable insights to HR stakeholders.
