Catalyst is working with a dynamic, PE backed global recruitment firm who are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a proven track record in sales training within a recruitment environment. This role is pivotal in driving the success of the sales team by enhancing their skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the recruitment industry.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for new and existing sales staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales training within a recruitment environment.
- Previous experience as a recruiter is essential.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
