Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align incentive strategy with business goals, driving growth and behavioural impact
  • Evaluate and advise on centralised vs. localised approaches to incentive planning
  • Support the implementation of a new sales commission model, leveraging tools to scale effectively
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, guiding them through the full lifecycle of incentive plan development – from concept to execution
  • Influence future reward – with potential to expand into broader Comp & Bens in the future
